Throughout my academic career I have focused on the humanistic side of leadership. This means uncovering the root causes of leadership dilemmas, acknowledging the impact of decisions, and enhancing the value of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
Currently, I am in a doctoral program where my research is focused on how a leaders’ effectiveness is influenced by their emotional intelligence. These experiences allow me to base my recommendations and support on empirical research and applicability of theory to the modern workplace.
